Mr. Taylor advised the Council he would bring a soccer lease to the next agenda for the Council's direction. I Mayor Morris introduced the City Council's Report. (1) Mayor Morris advised the Council of several meeting dates, including January 22, 1996, SMEU and Council Joint Workshop, January 22, 1996 Regular Meeting, February 5, 1996 Joint Workshop with Austin City Council, February 7, 1996 tentative Joint Workshop with SMCISD and County, February 12, 1996 Regular Meeting, February 22-23, 1996 Council's Quarterly Workshop and February 26, 1996 Regular Meeting. (2) Mr. Hernandez was requested to check into the possibility of a neighborhood 'cleanup for Sunset Acres and Wallace Addition. Staff was requested to set up eight neighborhood cleanups. Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071, to discuss Sierra Club vs. Babbitt, and Section 551.074, to discuss value of real property. Mr. Guerra moved to adjourn into Executive Session at 11:35 p.m. and Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Mr. Hart not present to vote on this item). Mr. Hart moved the Council reconvene at 12:19 a.m. and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
