Consider approval or Resolution 2016-165R, approving an interlocal agreement with <br /> the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority in an amount not to exceed $313,450.00 to <br /> fund the Lower Guadalupe River Flood Risk Management Interim Feasibility Study <br /> Project; and declaring an effective date. <br /> A motion was made by Council Member Gregson and seconded by Council <br /> Member Hughson to approve Resolution 2016-165R.
