A. Attend pre -construction meeting and provide meeting minutes. <br />B. Attend citizen meeting(s) at the start of construction. <br />C. Assist in preparation and review of the monthly pay estimates (up to 12 -months). <br />D. Assist in preparation and review of change orders <br />E. Review shop drawings <br />F. Respond to request for information <br />G. Perform a minimum of one (1) project site visits per month and prepare a report for each visit <br />to the City regarding progress of construction. In conjunction with site visits attend construction <br />progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes. <br />H. Participate in final inspection of project <br />I. Prepare over and under quantities for project closeout <br />J. Participate in one-year warranty inspection of project <br />12. PROJECT CLOSEOUT: At the end of the project, FNI will review the contractor's notes and prepare <br />record drawings in digital format. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />13. Blanco -Moore Drainage System Analysis and Design— Detailed drainage analysis of the Blanco -Moore <br />system from Purgatory Creek to Burleson Street. Task will include updating the 2-d model and <br />exhibits, preparing CIP plan to incorporate improvements and preliminary cost projections. <br />14. Bishop Drainage System Analysis and Design- Detailed drainage analysis of the Bishop system from <br />Purgatory Creek to Prospect Street. Task will include updating the 2-d model and exhibits, preparing <br />CIP plan to incorporate improvements and preliminary cost projections <br />15. Final Design of Belvin Drainage System — provide final design and construction documents for <br />improvements to capture storm water along Belvin Street and route to stub -outs within the Hopkins <br />Street drainage system. <br />16. Preparation and Submittal of CLOMR/LOMR, TxDOT Permits, TCEQ SWPPP Permit, or any other <br />permits not specifically identified in this document. <br />17. Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment services in accordance with ASTM standards to identify <br />and investigate the nature and extent of potential environmental contamination. <br />18. SUE services. <br />19. Any major design changes after the 75% Workshop <br />TIME OF COMPLETION <br />FNI is authorized to commence work on the Project upon execution of this Agreement and agrees to <br />complete the services in accordance with the attached schedule. If FNI's services are delayed through no <br />fault of FNI, FNI shall be entitled to equitable adjustment of compensation and FNI shall be entitled to <br />adjust contract schedule consistent with the number of days of delay. <br />A-8 <br />
