Infrastructure <br /> Policy: Develop the City's infrastructure capacity to keep up with and <br /> anticipate new growth. <br /> . <br /> Priorities: <br /> ./' Continue implementation of the Drainage Master Plan and develop appropriate <br /> funding mechanisms. <br /> ./' Purchase additional surface water rights and complete the surface water <br /> treatment plant. <br />- <br /> ./' Continue implementation of the 'W astewat~r Master Plan. <br /> ./' Dedicate $300,000 - $500,000 for preventative maintenance, including overlays <br /> and reconstruction of streets. <br /> ./' Aggressively pursue highway an~ railroad related projects including: Wonder <br /> World Drive Overpass, IH35 Overpass at Centerpoint Road, FMllO and <br /> RiversideJRiver Road connections. <br /> ./' Identify alternate roads adjacent to east/west frontage roads along IH 35, <br /> identify funding sources and create timelines for implementation. <br /> ./' Extend water and wastewater services within the San Marcos City limits and <br /> plan delivery to growth areas. <br />
