The Council removed items 7.B.(2) approval of <br />Ordinance on second reading and 7.D.(5) adoption of Resolution, to be considered separately. <br />Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held February 26, 1996, <br />approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 26, 1996, approval of the <br />remaining Ordinance on second reading, adoption of the two Ordinances on third and final <br />reading and adoption of the four remaining Resolutions on consensus and Mr. Cox seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. {Mr. Hernandez voting nay on Item 7.C.(2)}.
