RESOLUTION 2017-28R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS,TEXAS,AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO THOMAS <br /> TRUCKING, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF MATERIALS AND <br /> SPOILAGE HAULING SERVICES (IFB 217-033) FOR THE PUBLIC <br /> SERVICES DEPARTMENT—TRANSPORTATION DIVISION IN THE <br /> ESTIMATED ANNUAL AMOUNT OF $80,000.00; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> INTERIM CITY MANAGER OR HER DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE <br /> APPROPRIATE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Thomas Trucking, Inc. for the provision of <br /> Materials and Spoilage Hauling Services (IFB 217-033) for the Public Services Department - <br /> Transportation Division in the estimated annual amount of$80,000.00 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The Interim City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute the <br /> appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
