RESOLUTION 2017-52 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH STRATEGIC <br /> GOVERNMENT RESOURCES FOR THE PROVISION OF INTERIM <br /> CITY MANAGER SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; APPOINTING AN INTERIM CITY <br /> MANAGER; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached Agreement (the "Agreement") between the City and Strategic <br /> Government Resources for the provision of an Interim City Manager in the amount of$5,609.49 <br /> per week is approved. <br /> PART 2. Charles Daniels, is hereby appointed as Interim City Manager. <br /> PART 3.
