<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SAN MARCOS REGIONAL AIRPORT <br />SHARED HANGAR SPACE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF CALDWELL <br /> <br /> <br />THIS SAN MARCOS REGIONAL AIRPORT SHARED HANGAR SPACE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />(Agreementis made and entered into by and between the City of San Marcos, a municipal <br />acting by and through its Airport Manager, <br />Managementand <br /> <br /> <br />Lease of the Hangar Space: <br />1. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee hangar space in a hangar <br />(Hangar ) located at _________________________________ at San <br />Marcos Regional Airport (the AirportThe Hangar Space should be used and occupied by <br />Lessee solely for the storage of a Registration No. N <br /> ( <br /> <br />Term: <br />2. This Agreement shall commence on ____________________________, <br /> and will continue in effect until ______________________, <br /> <br /> <br />Rent: <br />3. For the use of the Hangar Space, Lessee agrees to pay Lessor $_____________ per <br />month, payable in advance on the first day of each month. <br /> <br />A payment shall be considered past due if, after the fifth (5 th) day of the month in which the <br />payment is due, Lessor has not received full payment <br /> <br />Following the Expiration Date of the Primary Term, Lessor may in its sole discretion make <br />changes to this Lease (including, without limitation, changes regarding the amount of rent) <br />without Lessee's consent or agreement. <br /> <br />In the event Lessee holds over after the expiration of this lease, such hold over status will <br />create a month-to-month tenancy. In this event, Lessee agrees to pay the rental at the date of <br />expiration of this Lease plus fifty (50%) percent. Said holdover tenancy will be subject to all <br />other terms and conditions of this Lease. <br /> <br />Method of Payment: <br />4.
