Notices required of either party pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall <br />be conclusively determined to have been delivered when (1) hand-delivered to the other party, <br />its agents, employees, servants or representatives, or (2) mailed in the United States Mail, <br />postage prepaid, certified, with return receipt requested, and addressed to the parties hereto <br />at the address specified hereunder.
