RESOLUTION 2017-69R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH TMT <br />SOLUTIONS, INC. IN CONNECTION WITH THE SURFACE WATER <br />TREATMENT PLANT AND THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEMS FOR <br />THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF <br />$174,279.82 WHICH INCLUDES FIVE YEARS OF SUPPORT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE <br />TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Agreement with TMT Solutions, Inc. in connection with the <br />Surface Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisory Control and Data <br />Acquisition ("SCADA") Systems for the Public Services Department in the total amount of <br />$174,279.82, which includes five (5) years of support, is approved. <br />PART 2. The Interim City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the <br />Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
