LAW AVAILABLE TO LESSOR AS A TEXAS HOME -RULE MUNICIPAL <br />CORPORATION. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD THAT THE <br />FOREGOING WAIVER IS A LIMITED AND NOT A GENERAL WAIVER, AND <br />THAT ITS EFFECT IS LIMITED TO SPECIFIC CONTRACT CLAIMS UNDER THIS <br />LEASE. <br />18.20. No Third Party Beneficiaries. This Lease is for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and <br />their permitted assigns and nothing herein expressed or implied shall give or be construed <br />to give to any person or entity other than the parties hereto and their assigns any legal or <br />equitable rights hereunder. <br />18.21. Survival. Any terms and provisions of this Lease pertaining to rights, duties or liabilities <br />extending beyond the expiration or termination of this Lease shall survive the same. <br />18.22. Right of First Offer. In consideration of this Lease, Lessor hereby grants Lessee a right of <br />first offer ("ROFR") to lease certain property adjacent or near the Leased Premises, on the <br />terms set forth in Exhibit F attached hereto. <br />18.23.
