(a) Alcohol and narcotics.
<br />(1) Legal compliance All applicable local, state ar'd federal laws pertaining to handling or use of
<br />alcoholic beverages, narcotts, and drugs apply on the airport
<br />(2) Under the influx e. No person under the influence of alcohol or other substance shall operate
<br />a motor vehicle or aircraft on the airport, The city, though its appropriate law enforcement
<br />agency, reserves the r ht to remove or evict violators from the airport premises or deny use of
<br />the airport or its facilities by the "later_
<br />(1) Uisurderly conduct. No person on the airport shad commit any disorderly, obscene, or indecent act or
<br />commit any act prohihted by Texas Penal Code § 42,011.
<br />(k) Preservation of prollorty_ it Is unlawful for any person to,
<br />(1) Destroy, injure, deface or disturb any building, sign, equipment, marker, structure, lawn, Of
<br />public property on the alrpcxrt.
<br />(2) Trespass can agricultural areas without the approval of airport management.
<br />(3) Abariclon propoily on the airport.
<br />(4) Interfere with, tamper, or injure any part of tl,�e airport opera n, or any aircraft an the airport-

<br />ir r tw(1) Hunting and firearrns. Except as authorized by stator taw, no person may carry firearms on the
<br />airport. No hunting or shoo4mgin altawed on the airport.
<br />(m) Storage, lila person shall use any property of the airport for outside storage without first obtaining
<br />written pen7niss asn from airport management. No tenant rx lessee of airport property shall store or
<br />stock material or egwpment in such a manner as to constitute a hazard to any person or property, oe
<br />In such a manner as to create an unattractive appearance.
<br />(n) Pots and animals, it is unlawful for the owner or person rasponsAlla for a pet or animal to permit
<br />same to be at large. The term "at large" means a dog ar cat which is not restrained by leash and
<br />which is also off the premises of its owner or the person responsible for it. Pens and animals found
<br />running at large vrill be picked up and impounded.
<br />(o) Drip paras. Whenever all leakage, dripping or spillage is possible, drip pans shall be ptnced under
<br />each engine of an aircraft,
<br />(p) Aufho* to Main aircraft. Airport management has tho autt ity to detain any aircraft for non-
<br />payment of any debt dire to the airport.
<br />(q) Denial of use, Airport management is authorized to deny use of the airport to any aircraft of pilot
<br />violating those or Federal Regulations at the airport or elsewhere.
<br />(r) S eciai auents. Special event(s) means an activity which may net completely comply with these rules
<br />or which, although it may comply with these rules, will require an a=mrnodation by o4hor users of
<br />the airport. Special events inn -ludo, but are cart limited to, fly -ins, ramp space rentals, skydivir.-g
<br />oxlribitions, balloon operations, or similar events or activities. Any person wishing to sponsor a
<br />special event shall obtain the prior written approval of airport management. Airport management
<br />shad require such safeguards as deemed necessary to protect the airport, the city, the county,
<br />aircraft using the airport, and the general public. Those may Include, but are not limited
<br />to, bonds, Insurance policies, additional socurty personnel, facilities, special operating procedures,
<br />city permits, and any required waiverlduthor§4zation to tate f=ederal Aviation Regulations issued by the
<br />PAA, Airport management is prohibited by the FAA from closing the airport for any activity which is
<br />not an aeronautical activity. The city council may establish, upon recommendation from airport
<br />management, general reasonable fees and requirements for spacial events. The fee schedules
<br />adopted by this city cour li will prowdor limited flexibility to allow airport management, with the
<br />approval of the city thanager or his designee, to adjust fhas for spac.4 events that may require
<br />specialize] aocomrriodattons. Arty signage for the special event must be approved by airport
