RESOLUTION NO. 2017-76R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A FIRST ADDENDUM TO THE <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH HAYS COUNTY REGARDING <br /> THE COLLECTION, PAYMENTS AND USE OF TAX INCREMENT IN <br /> TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NO. 5 THAT EXTENDS <br /> THE TERM OF SAID AGREEMENT FOR FIVE YEARS WITH <br /> PROVISION FOR AN ADDITIONAL EXTENSION OF FIVE YEARS AND <br /> ESTABLISHES THE PROCESS FOR THE COUNTY'S APPROVAL OF <br /> PROJECT COSTS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THIS FIRST ADDENDUM ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached First Addendum to Interlocal Agreement between Hays <br /> County and the City of San Marcos Related to San Marcos, Texas Tax Increment Reinvestment <br /> Zone No. 5 (the "First Addendum") is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the First Addendum on behalf <br /> of the City. <br /> PART 3.
