Service and Retail Permitted Uses on Portions of Parcels 2 through 7** <br />(as such uses are defined and/ or described in San Marcos Code of Ordinances) <br />1. Bank or Savings and Loan (w/o drive-thru) <br />2. Convenience Store w/o Gas Sales <br />3. Convenience Store w Gas Sales <br />4. Restaurant/Prepared Food Sales <br />5. Restaurant/Prepared Food Sales with beer/wine off -premises consumption <br />6. Retail Store (100,000 sq./ft. or more building) <br />7. Retail Store (over 100,000 sq./ft. or more building) outside sales <br />S. Retail Store (under 100,000 sq./ft. or more building) outside sales <br />9. Retail Store (under 100,000 sq./ft. or more building) no outside sales <br />*Although not defined or described in the San Marcos Code of Ordinances, a "data center" <br />shall mean a facility of networked computer systems and associated components, such as <br />telecommunications and storage systems, that businesses or other organizations use to <br />organize, process, store and disseminate large amounts of data. <br />**Any use of Parcels 2 through 7 with the 9 listed service and retail uses shall be restricted <br />so that the cumulative total of all such service and retail uses shall not exceed 10.5 acres <br />of Parcels 2 through 7. <br />
