Stock Exchange or a commercial bank or <br />trust company. <br />Signature Guaranteed By: <br />Authorized Signatory <br />(d) Initial Bond Insertions. <br />(i) The Initial Bond shall be in the form set forth in paragraph (a) of this <br />Section, except that: <br />A. immediately under the name of the Bond, the headings <br />"INTEREST RATE" and "MATURITY DATE" shall both be completed <br />with the words "As Shown Below" and "CUSIP NO. it <br />deleted; <br />B. in the first paragraph: <br />the words "on the Maturity Date specified above" shall be deleted <br />and the following will be inserted: "on in the years, in the <br />principal installments and bearing interest at the per annum rates set forth <br />in the following schedule: <br />Principal Interest <br />Years Installments Rates <br />- - (Information to be inserted from Section 3.02(b) hereof.) <br />C.
