RESOLUTION 2017-90R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE LEASE-PURCHASE OF A 12- <br /> YARD DUMP TRUCK FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT- <br /> TRANSPORTATION DIVISION FROM GRANDE TRUCK CENTER IN <br /> THE AMOUNT OF $139,374.34 THROUGH THE TEXAS LOCAL <br /> GOVERNMENT PURCHASING COOPERATIVE BUYBOARD <br /> CONTRACT FOR VEHICLES, HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS, POLICE <br /> MOTORCYCLES AND SERVICE LABOR (BUYBOARD CONTRACT <br /> #521-16); AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br /> DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE LEASE/PURCHASE <br /> DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The lease-purchase of a 12-Yard Dump Truck for the Public Services <br /> Department-Transportation Division from Grande Truck Center in the total lease-purchase amount <br /> of$139,374.34 through the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative Buyboard contract <br /> for Vehicles, Heavy Duty Trucks, Police Motorcycles and Service Labor (Buyboard Contract <br /> #521-16) is approved. <br /> PART 2. The Interim City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the <br /> appropriate lease/purchase documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
