RESOLUTION 2017-104R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO ASD <br />CONSULTANTS, INC. OF AUSTIN, TEXAS FOR THE VETERANS <br />PARK MEMORIAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (IFB 217-001) IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $119,665.82; AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The award of a contract to ASD Consultants, Inc., located in Austin, <br />Texas, for the Veterans Park Memorial Improvements Project (IFB 217-001) for the Community <br />Services Department in the amount of $119,665.82 is approved. <br />PART 2. The Interim City Manager is authorized to execute the contract on behalf <br />of the City. <br />PART 3.
