Texas -licensed engineer and the licensed engineer must be chosen from a list of <br />precertified .qualified- engineers provided by the city. <br />(1) The inspection report must dose-fibe include requirements provided <br />by the City, including but not limited to all of the following: <br />{47} a. An assessment of the condition of the stormwater <br />management facility, current as of the date of the report. <br />(2) b. A history of maintenance activities performed on the facility <br />during the past year. <br />{3) c. The professional opinion of the engineer regarding the <br />current functionality of the facility and its ability to provide total <br />suspended solids removal in accordance with the original design <br />specifications for the facility. <br />(4) d. Recommendations of the engineer regarding the need for <br />maintenance or modification of the facility to meet original <br />design specifications. <br />(2) The city may choose to provide a pre -formatted inspection report to <br />be used for annual inspections. <br />fD <br />division. The inspection report must be maintained on site an <br />available r r inspeetion by the City of car raa,.e submitted to the <br />City of San Marcos Public Services - Transportation Department <br />for review. The owner of a stormwater management facility or <br />facilities must submit a certified inspection report for each facility <br />by January 31 of each year certifying the facility for the previous <br />year. Certification of each stormwater facility will be required <br />beginning June 1 2018. Documentation of certified facilities will <br />be due no later than January 31, 2019 and every year thereafter. <br />a. Anv maintenance and repair needs or other deficiencies <br />identified in the inspection report must be adequately <br />addressed to ensure compliance with the requirements of this <br />division. Upon completion of all necessary maintenance, <br />repairs or deficiencies identified in the inspection report, the <br />stormwater management facility shall be re -inspected at the <br />owner's expense. Followings the re -inspection, the owner of <br />the stormwater management facility shall submit a <br />supplemental certified inspection report to the city <br />
