Information for the five most highly compensated executives in the preceding year if all of the following criteria are met: <br /> 1. The vendor received 80%or more of its annual gross revenues in federal awards. <br /> 2. Vendor revenues are greater than $25 million annually, <br /> 3. The public does not have access to compensation of the executives through periodic reports filed under 13(a)or <br /> 14(d)of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934(15 U.S.C. 78m(a), 78o(d),or Section 6104 of the Internal <br /> Revenue Code of 1986. <br /> Section 15. lead-Based Paint Regulations. The contractor agrees that any construction or rehabilitation of <br /> residential structures with assistance provided under this Agreement shall be subject to HUD Lead-Based Paint <br /> Regulations at 24 CFR 570.608, and 24 CFR Part 35, Subpart B. Such regulations pertain to all CDBG-DR -assisted <br /> housing and require that all owners, prospective owners, and tenants of properties constructed prior to 1978 be <br /> properly notified that such properties may include lead-based paint. Such notification shall point out the hazards <br /> of lead-based paint and explain the symptoms, treatment and precautions that should be taken when dealing <br /> with lead-based paint poisoning and the advisability and availability of blood lead level screening for children <br /> under seven. The notice should also point out that if lead-based paint is found on the property, abatement <br /> measures may be undertaken. The regulations further require that, depending on the amount of Federal funds <br /> applied to a property,paint testing, risk assessment,treatment and/or abatement may be conducted. <br /> Construction Contract Supplemental Conditions 8 1 Page <br />
