RESOLUTION NO. 2017-118R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS,TEXAS APPROVING THE SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT NO. <br /> 3 TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT—DISASTER <br /> RECOVERY ACTION PLAN, AND: AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL <br /> REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY IN MATTERS RELATED TO THE <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT — DISASTER <br /> RECOVERY ACTION PLAN; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> Part 1. The Substantial Amendment to the Community Development <br /> Block Grant—Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) is hereby approved. <br /> Part 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to act as the <br /> official representative of the City in matters related to the Community Development <br /> Block Grant—Disaster Recovery (CDBG_DR). <br /> Part 3.
