NuPark uses Telerik as it's reporting application, and can provide additional tools to <br />customers wanting to use a license for report creation. <br />Tasks and ownership related to this work item include: <br />• Obtain IP's for Telerik report writers: <br />• Provide Telerik Documentation <br />• IP's setup and connection info provided by support <br />• Discuss NuPark Letters, Reports and Query Processes <br />• Obtain requirements <br />• Configure any Letters, Queries and reports <br />End User Acceptance and Training: (varied timeline, please see respective items below) <br />The End User Training deliverables include a comprehensive training plan, training documentation, and <br />Instructor led training provided to all named users. Tasks and ownership related to this work item include: <br />• Data Transfer (to commence within 120) <br />o Final Data Export of existing data <br />o Final Import of data to NuPark <br />• Interfaces Live (to commence within 120 days) <br />o Interface 1 — Municipal Court/JustWare <br />o Interface 2 - TBD <br />• LPR Vehicle (to commence within 120 days) <br />o Install LPR bundle hardware <br />o LPR Training with equipment <br />• Onsite Training (to commence within 120-150 days) <br />o Staffrraining - Back Office <br />o Handheld Training <br />• Onsite Go Live (to commence within 120-150 days) <br />o Existing Website and URL redirected <br />o Back Office Live <br />o Customer Portal Live <br />o Vehice/Handhelds Live <br />• Follow Up Items Defined and Scheduled (to commence within 120-150 days) <br />• Post Installation - Transition to Support (normalcommencement within 150-180 days) <br />G1 <br />
