<br />one -Half Interest to Victoria Elizabeth Richmond alkla Elizabeth L_ Richmond by Deed recorded in
<br />Volume 850, Page 595 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, said 99.80 acre tract being•
<br />more particularly described by metes and bounds wlth all bearings being referenced to tate North
<br />American malum 1983, Texas Coordinate System, South Central Zone; Ground distances may be
<br />converted to grid by dividing by 1.0001700:
<br />BEGINNING at a %-Inch Iron rod found at the Intersection of the Southwest line of County
<br />Road No. 159, known as Yarrington Road and the Northwest line of County Road No. 160, known
<br />as Harris Hill Road for the East comer of the herein described tract, sold Beginning point having
<br />Texas South Central. Grid Coordinates of (N-13,888,570.38, E= 2,327,818,81);
<br />Thence: 5 43021'38° W, along the Northwest line of said County Road No. 160, a distance
<br />of 2086,12 feet to a found % Inch Iron rod with yellow cep, For a Northeast corner
<br />of a 318.106 acre tract of land recorded in Volume 2715, Page $33 of the Official
<br />Public Records of Hays county, Texas, being the South comer of the herein
<br />described tract;
<br />Thence: N 46"11'01' W, along the common line of said 318.105 acre tract and the herein
<br />described tract, a distance of 2092,35 feet to a found % inch iron pipe In concrete
<br />being a re-entrant comer of said 318.105 acre tract and the West comer of the
<br />herein described tract;
<br />Thence: N 43031'53" E, along a Southeasterly line of said 318.105 acre tract, passing the
<br />common comer of said 318.105 acre tract and a 201.496 acre tract recorded In
