"Prepayment Costs" mean interest and expenses to the date of prepayment, plus any <br />additional expenses, if any, related to the prepayment, reasonably expected to be incurred <br />by or imposed upon the City as a result of any prepayment of a Special Assessment and the <br />PID Bonds secured by such Special Assessment. <br />"Prepayment Reserve" has the meaning set forth in Section IV.H of this SAP. <br />"Property" means the approximately 706 acres of property depicted and described by <br />metes and bounds on Exhibit A to Resolution No. 2014-143R as adopted by City Council on <br />October 6, 2014. The Property is located within the City and is legally described in <br />Appendix BB to this SAP and is depicted in Table I of this SAP. <br />"Public Improvements" mean the Authorized Improvements designed, constructed, and <br />installed in accordance with this SAP for which Special Assessments are levied against the <br />Assessed Property that receives a special benefit from such improvement and depicted in <br />Appendix D. <br />"Public Improvement Costs" mean the actual or budgeted costs, as applicable, of all or <br />any portion of the Public Improvements, as these costs may be updated from time to time. <br />"Service and Assessment Plan" or "SAP" or "Assessment Plan" means this Whisper <br />Public Improvement District Service and Assessment Plan (as such plan is amended, <br />supplemented or updated from time to time) approved by the City Council in the first <br />Assessment Ordinance. <br />"Special Assessment(s)" means the assessments levied against properties in the District, <br />as provided for in the applicable Assessment Order and in the Service and Assessment Plan, <br />including any supplemental assessments or reallocation of assessments levied in <br />accordance with Sections 372.019 and 372.020 of the PID Act. <br />"Trustee" means the trustee under the Indenture, and any successor thereto permitted <br />under such Indenture and any other Trustee under a future Indenture. <br />R <br />
