B. Annual Assessment Roll Updates <br />The Administrator shall prepare, and shall submit to the City for approval, updates to the <br />Assessment Roll and the Annual Service Plan Update to reflect changes such as (i) the <br />identification of each Parcel or Lot (ii) the Special Assessment for each Assessed Property, <br />including any adjustments authorized by this SAP or in the PID Act; (iii) the Annual <br />Installment for the Assessed Property for the year (if the Special Assessment is payable in <br />installments); and (iv) payments of the Special Assessment, if any, as provided by Section <br />VI.E of this SAP. <br />The Service and Assessment Plan Update shall reflect the actual interest on the PID Bonds <br />on which the Annual Installments shall be paid, any reduction in the Special Assessments, <br />and any revisions in the Actual Costs to be funded by the PID Bonds and Landowners funds. <br />25 <br />
