RESOLUTION 2017-147R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO INTERSTATE <br /> ELECTRIC, LLC FOR PUMP AND MOTOR REPAIR SERVICES FOR <br /> THE CITY WATER/WASTEWATER UTILITIES DEPARTMENT; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY IN AN <br /> AMOUNT ESTIMATED AT $165,000 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Interstate Electric L.L.C. for the <br /> provision of pump and motor repair services in the estimated annual amount of$165,000.00 for <br /> Fiscal Year 2018 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The Purchasing Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf <br /> of the City. <br /> PART 3.
