The Oty reserves the nght to termlllate the appointment of any Paymg AgenUReglstrar by delIvenng to the entIty whose appollltment IS to be termillated a certified copy of a resolutlOn of the Clty (i) glvlllg notIce of the terrmnatlOn of the appomtment and of the PaYlllg AgentJRegistrar Agreement, statmg the effectIve datc of such termmatIon, and (il) appointing a successor PaYIng AgentJReglstrar Sechon 5 05 Notlce of Change to Owners, Promptly upon each change in the entlty servillg as Paymg AgenUReglstrar, the Clty wlll cause notlce of the change to be sent to each Owner by United States mall, first class postage prepaid, at the address m the Reglster, statmg the effecllve date of the change and the name of the replacement PaYIng AgenURegIstrar and the mallmg address of its Designated Payment/Transfer Office Sechon 5 06 Agreement to Perform Duties and FunctIons By acceptlllg the appomtment as PayIDg AgentJRegistrar, the Paymg AgentJReglstrar is deemed to have agreed to the provIslOns of thlS Ordmance and that It wlll perform the dutlCs and functIons of Paymg AgenUReglstrar prescribed hereby SectlOn 5 07 Delivery of Records to Successor. If a Paymg AgenUReglstrar lS replaced, such Paying AgenURegistrar, promptly upon the appollltment ofthe successor, wllI delI vcr the RegIster (or a copy thereof) and all other pertment books and records reIatmg to the Bonds to the successor PaYlllg AgentJRegistrar. ARTICLE VI FORM OF THE BONDS SectlOn 6 01 Form GenerillY (a) The Bonds, mcluding the RegIs tra tlOn Certificate of the Comptroller of Pubhc Accounts of the State of Texas, the CertWcate of the PaYlllg Agent/Registrar, and the Asslgnrnent form to appear on each of the Bonds, (i) shall be substanbalIy in the form set forth III thlS Artlcle, with such appropriate msertlOns, omlSSlOns, sUbStltutIOllS, and other vanatlOllS as are permItted or requued by tlus Ordillance, and (Ii) may have such letters, numbers, or other marks of IdentIficatIon (includmg Identlfying numbers and letters of the CommIttee on Ulllform Secuntles IdentIficatlon Procedures of the Arnencan Bankers AssocIatlon) and such legends and endorsements (mcludmg any reproductlOn of an opmlOn of counsel) thereon as, conslstentIy herewith, may be determmed by the Clty or by the officers executillg such Bonds, as eVIdenced by then executlOn thereof. (b) Any portlOn of the text of any Bonds may be set forth on the reverse Side thereof, WIth an appropnate reference thereto on the face of the Bonds. (c) The Bonds shall be pnnted, lIthographed, or engraved, and may be produced by any combillatlOn of these methods or produced in any other malIDer, all as determmed by the officers executillg such Bonds, as eVldenced by theIr executlOn thereof.
