SectIon 14 02 Annual Reports The City shall provlde annually to each NRMSIR and any SID, wIthm SlX months after the end of each fiscal year (beg1lllllllg WIth the fiscal year ending September 30, 1996) financialmformahon and operatmg data WIth respect to the Clty of the general type described m Exhibit A hereto Fmanclal statements so to be prOVIded shall be (1) prepared ill accordance WIth the accountmg pnncIples described m Exhiblt A hereto and (2) audIted, If the CIty cornmlsslons an audlt of such statements and the audIt lS completed WIthm the penod durmg whlch they must be proVIded. If audited financial statements are not available at the tlme the financIal mformatlOn and operatlllg data must be provlded, then the CIty shall provlde unaudlted finanCial statements for the applIcable fiscal year to each NRMSIR and any SID wlth the fmanclalmformation and operatmg data and WIll file the annual audlt report when and Ifthe same becomes available. I If the Clty changes ltS fiscal year, lt will notlfy each NRMSIR and any SID of the change (and of the date of the new fiscal year end) pnor to the next day by whlch the CIty othefWlse would be reqUlred to provlde financlallllformahon and operatlllg data pursuant to thlS Sechon, The financlal mformatlOn and operating data to be provlded pursuant to this Section may be set forth m full ill one or more documents or may be mcluded by speclfic reference to any document (including an offiCial statement or other offenng document, lf lt lS available from the MSRB) that theretofore has been provlded to each NRMSIR and any SID or filed WIth the SEC.
