Titles and Headmgs <br /> <br />The table of contents, t1tles and headings of the Articles and Sections of this Ordmance have been <br />mserted for convelllence of reference only and are not to be considered a part hereof and shall not m any way <br />modIfy or restnct any of the terms or provisions hereof and shall never be considered or glven any effect III <br />construmg tills Ordrnance or any provIs1on hereof or m ascertammg mtent, if any questlOn of intent should anse <br /> <br />SectlOn I 05 Interpretation. <br /> <br />(a) Unless the context reqUIres otherwIse, words of the masculllle gender shall be construed to <br />mclude correlahve words of the feminme and neuter genders and V1ce versa, and words of the smgular number <br />shall be construed to mclude correlahve words of the plural number and V1ce versa. <br /> <br />(b) ThIs Ordmance and all the terms and prov1s1ons hcreof shall be liberally construed to effectuate <br />the purposes set forth herein to sustam the valIdIty of this Ordmance <br /> <br />ARTICLE II <br /> <br />SECURITY FOR THE BONDS <br /> <br />SectlOn 2.01. Pledge of Revenues for Payment of the Bonds <br /> <br />The Net Revenues (with the exceptlOn of those m excess of the amounts reqUIred to estabhsh and <br />mallltam the Funds as hereinafter prov1ded) are hereby mevocably pledged for the payment of the pnnc1pal of <br />and mterest on the Panty Revenue Obligahons, includmg the establishment and maintenance of the Reserve Fund <br />herem after prov1ded. <br /> <br />SectlOn 2 02. SpecialObligatlOns. <br /> <br />The Bonds are spec1al obhgahons of the C1ty payable from the Net Revenues, and the Holders thereof <br />shall never have the nght to demand payment thereof out of any funds raIsed or to be raIsed by taxation. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III <br /> <br />AUTHORIZA TION, GENERAL TERMS AND PROVISIONS <br />REGARDING THE BONDS <br /> <br />SectlOn 3 01.
