<br /> 95 <br /> RESOLUTION 1997- 113R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br /> HAYS COUNTY FOR FUNDING UNDER A CAPITOL AREA <br /> PLANNING COUNCIL GRANT FOR A 9-1-1 ADDRES'SING <br /> , PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. The County has received a grant (the "Grant") in the amount of $150,400 <br /> from the Capitol Area Planning Council ("CAPCO") for the development of an addressing <br /> program (the "Program") within the city limits of San Marcos. <br /> 2. The County wishes to provide for the Program to be carried out by San <br /> Marcos in accordance with this agreement. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN l'AARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The terms and conditions of the Interlocal Agreement for 9-1-1 Addressing <br /> Program attached to this Resolution between the City and Hays County are approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute this Agreement <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
