RESOLUTION 2017-156R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br /> APPROVING THE ANNUAL RENEWAL OF THE MAXIMO LICENSE WITH IBM <br /> UNDER DIR-SD-2108 IN THE AMOUNT OF $52,812.20; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE <br /> RENEWAL OF THIS AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The annual renewal of the Maximo License with IBM in the amount of <br /> $52,812.20 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Bert Lumbreras, is authorized to execute the <br /> appropriate documents related to the renewal of this Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
