<br /> 101 <br /> RESOLUTION 1997-117R <br /> A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAt~ i\tIARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, POSTPONING THE ISSUAI\TCE OF REVENUE BONDS <br /> WHEREAS, by resolution adopted on May 19, 1997, this City Council directed publication of notice <br /> of its intention to issue revenue bonds of the City of San Marcos, Texas (the "City"), not to exceed $2,500,000 <br /> in principal amount for the purpose of acquiring, constructing and installing additions, improvements and <br /> extensions to the City's waterworks and sewer system (the "Bonds"), at its meeting to commence at 7:30 p.m. <br /> on July 14, 1997; <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council finds and determines that it is necessary and proper to postpone the date <br /> and time at which it proposes to issue such revenue bonds; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is officially found and determined that the meeting at which this resolution has been <br /> considered and acted upon was open to the public and public notice of the time, place and subject of said meeting <br /> was given, all as required by Tex. Gov't Code Ann. ch 551; Now, Therefore <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS: <br /> Section 1.
