<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.4.15 Provide capable drivers with current class "C" drivers licenses. <br /> <br />1.4.16 Ensure that all of its employees, permanent or temporary, present a neat <br />appearance and can be easily recognized while performing work under this contract. All <br />of its employees will wear appropriate BFI identification badges or uniforms. <br /> <br />1.4.17 Ensure that any persons employed who are not United States citizens will have <br />valid work permits. <br /> <br />1.4.18 Remove from service under this Contract and replace any of its employees for just <br />cause as directed by the City. <br /> <br />Office <br /> <br />1.4.19 BFI will maintain an office within the City limits, or provide other facilities through <br />which it can be contacted. BFI will provide sufficient local or toll free telephones and office <br />staff in order to provide necessary services from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on regular <br />collection days. In addition, BFI will provide for voice mail receipt of after-hours inquiries <br />and complaints. <br /> <br />Disposal <br /> <br />1.4.20 BFI will haul and dispose of all refuse and dead animals collected by it at a <br />disposal site licensed by the State of Texas. The disposal site will have adequate capacity <br />to accommodate the requirements of this contract. Any tipping fees charged for disposal <br />are included in the fees set forth in this Contract. <br /> <br />Ownership <br /> <br />1.4.21 BFI accepts title to all refuse and dead animals placed in BFI's collection vehicle, <br />removed by BFI from a bin or container, or removed by BFI from the customer's premises, <br />whichever last occurs. The City does not accept ownership or title to any such items. <br /> <br />Notification <br /> <br />BFlwill: <br /> <br />1.4.22 Notify all producers at residential Units of complaint procedures, regulations, and <br />days for scheduled residential refuse and recyclable materials collection. <br /> <br />1.4.23 Forward, to the City at its request, all copies of Texas Health Department <br />Inspection Reports for the disposal site being used for the disposal of waste collected <br />under this Contract. <br /> <br />11 <br />
