Provide recyclable materials handling and disposal services at neighborhood <br />or river clean-ups upon City request. <br /> <br />C. Marketing or dispose of all recyclable materials in accordance with all <br />applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. <br /> <br />D. Ensure that all buildings, facilities, grounds, vehicles and equipment used in <br />the performance of these services are kept in good repair and appearance <br />and in sanitary condition. In this regard, The subcontractor will police the <br />grounds once each day to collect and dispose of loose and wind-blown <br />recyclable materials. <br /> <br />E. Provide a monthly report of recyclables collected and marketed including <br />total pounds per type of material and market value of each type of material. <br /> <br />F. Maintain insurance with limits not less than those prescribed below. Insurance <br />underwriters must be acceptable to the City. The required insurance will: <br /> <br />1. Name the City as an additional Insured. <br /> <br />2. Provide the City with a thirty (30) day advance written notice of <br />cancellation or material change to the insurance. <br /> <br />3.
