If located within a Public Access <br />Easement, the property owner or Property Owners Association (POA) must <br />maintain the Passage or Bicycle Trail. The maintenance requirements shall <br />be memorialized on the plat. <br />p.REGULATING PLAN <br />The Regulating Plan <br />the property and the future development of the propertyas may be modified <br />pursuant to SmartCode requirements. <br />
