RESOLUTION 2017-178R <br />F <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A BUCKET <br />TRUCK FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT— <br />TRANSPORTATION DIVISION FROM ALTEC INDUSTRIES, INC. <br />THROUGH THE TEXAS COMPTROLLER OF PUBLIC ACCOUNT'S <br />TEXAS MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />EQUIPMENT AND ATTACHMENTS (TXMAS-17-23V02) IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $153,759.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR <br />HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The purchase of a bucket truck for the Public Services Department - <br />Transportation Division from Altec Industries, Inc. through the Texas Comptroller of Public <br />Account's Texas Multiple Award Schedule for Construction Equipment and Attachments <br />(TXMAS-17-23V02) in the amount $153,759.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
