Purgatory Creek Watershed <br />Storm Drain Study Mr. Reis <br />October 2, 2017 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />We have estimated an initial budget of $85,000.00 for the services discussed in this <br />proposal. The balance of $20,332.00 will be used for unforeseen project complications. <br />Some of the specific reasons for the additional money will be, but not limited to, the <br />following: <br />1. Our intention is to utilize RTK/GPS to collect data. If due to tree canopy, we are <br />required to set control and conventionally survey features. <br />2. Significant increase of storm infrastructure found during survey not shown on <br />current GIS. <br />3. Request for survey of additional features or investigation of additional features. <br />We will proceed as soon as we receive notice to proceed. We estimate it will take <br />approximately 8 to 10 weeks (weekends and holidays excluded) from notice to proceed to <br />complete this project, weather and circumstances beyond our control permitting.
