RESOLUTION 2018-08R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY AND K. FRIESE & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF <br /> CBDG-DR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br /> MIDTOWN DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ESTIMATED <br /> AMOUNT OF $140,777.00 CONTINGENT UPON THE ENGINEER'S <br /> PROVISION OF SUFFICIENT INSURANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br /> THE ATTACHED AGREEMENT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and K Friese & Associates, Inc. for <br /> the provision of CBDG-DR professional engineering services for Midtown Drainage <br /> Improvements in the estimated amount of $140,777.00 is approved contingent upon the <br /> Engineer's provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached agreement. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the Agreement on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
