REV 9.21 17 <br /> The Contractor agrees to comply with the Historic Preservation requirements set forth <br /> in the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended (16 U.S.C. 470) and the <br /> procedures set forth in 36 CPR Part 800, Advisory Council on Historic Preservation <br /> Procedures for Protection of Historic Properties, insofar as they apply to the <br /> performance of this agreement. <br /> In general, this requires concurrence from the State Historic Preservation Officer for all <br /> rehabilitation and demolition of historic properties that are fifty years old or older or <br /> that are included on a Federal, state, or local historic property list. <br /> lc. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES <br /> The Contractor agrees that funds provided under this Agreement will not be utilized for <br /> inherently religious activities prohibited by 24 CPR 570.200G), such as worship, <br /> religious instruction, or proselytization. The acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation <br /> of structures used for inherently religious activities is not allowable under this program. <br /> I. COPYRIGHT <br /> If this contract results in any copyrightable material or inventions,the City and/or <br /> grantor agency reserves the right to royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license <br /> to reproduce, publish or otherwise use and to authorize others to use, the work or <br /> materials for governmental purposes. <br /> m.
