P. SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION: The Performini <br />z Party's supervisory personnel w <br />make inspections every two (2) weeks of the services being pci-formed, along with tl <br />City's Contract Administrator, to assure maximuni efficiency and full compliance with I I <br />provisions of this contract. Work performance records will be completed by t <br />Performing Party's supervisor and will be reviewed, signed. and dated weekly. The writt <br />insE ection reports will be turned in to <br />8the City's Contract Administrator within forty-eig <br />(4) hours of the inspection, Payment of monthly invoice is contingent upon receipt a 4 <br />acceptance ofweekly performance records and bi-inonthly inspections. <br />Q. LOCAL I I I RE REQU IR MEN I'S: The Performing Party's employees performing at <br />services called for by this contract will consist of at least sixty percent (60%) loc <br />employees. "Local employees" can be defined as employees that reside at a physic <br />address within the City of San Marcos or within the City's extraterritorial jUrisdicti <br />R. PERFORMING PARTYS FIMPLOY11"ES: All Janitorial services will be performed by <br />trained personnel using current, acceptablejanitorial indUStry standards and practices. The <br />Performing Party's employees will present a neat appearance and be easily recognized <br />while performing work on City property. This will be accomplished by wearing <br />appr0priWe Uniforms along with a narne badge and'or photo identcation distinguishing <br />them as an employee of the Performing Party. The Performing Party will provide the <br />current and complete name, address, date of birth, and social security number of each <br />employee performing any services called for by this contract to the City's Contract <br />Administrator. The City reserves the right to perform a background investigation in <br />accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 411, on all employees to ascertain <br />existence of any criminal records and reserves the right to reject ally employees not <br />considered suitable because of investigation results or other circumstances which make <br />that person undesirable for work under this contract. <br />S. VISITORS: At no time will the Performing Party allow visitors, spouses,. or children of <br />the Performing Party's employees in the building during working hours, unless they are <br />employees of the Performing Party. <br />I <br />T. PAYM11-INTS: Monthly payments will be rnadc by the City upon the satisfactory <br />completion and acceptance of all services called for under this contract, and submission of <br />a proper and correct invoice to City of'San Marcos, Accounts Payable, 630 East I lopkins <br />Street, San Marcos. 1'exas 78666, or No partial or advance <br />payments will be made. <br />U.
