P. SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION: The Performini z Party's supervisory personnel w make inspections every two (2) weeks of the services being pci-formed, along with tl City's Contract Administrator, to assure maximuni efficiency and full compliance with I I provisions of this contract. Work performance records will be completed by t Performing Party's supervisor and will be reviewed, signed. and dated weekly. The writt insE ection reports will be turned in to 8the City's Contract Administrator within forty-eig (4) hours of the inspection, Payment of monthly invoice is contingent upon receipt a 4 acceptance ofweekly performance records and bi-inonthly inspections. Q. LOCAL I I I RE REQU IR MEN I'S: The Performing Party's employees performing at services called for by this contract will consist of at least sixty percent (60%) loc employees. "Local employees" can be defined as employees that reside at a physic address within the City of San Marcos or within the City's extraterritorial jUrisdicti R. PERFORMING PARTYS FIMPLOY11"ES: All Janitorial services will be performed by trained personnel using current, acceptablejanitorial indUStry standards and practices. The Performing Party's employees will present a neat appearance and be easily recognized while performing work on City property. This will be accomplished by wearing appr0priWe Uniforms along with a narne badge and'or photo identcation distinguishing them as an employee of the Performing Party. The Performing Party will provide the current and complete name, address, date of birth, and social security number of each employee performing any services called for by this contract to the City's Contract Administrator. The City reserves the right to perform a background investigation in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 411, on all employees to ascertain existence of any criminal records and reserves the right to reject ally employees not considered suitable because of investigation results or other circumstances which make that person undesirable for work under this contract. VISITORS: At no time will the Performing Party allow visitors, spouses,. or children of the Performing Party's employees in the building during working hours, unless they are employees of the Performing Party.
