REV 11.21.17 <br />type arising to the extent caused by the negligent or intentional acts or omission of Professional Finn, its <br />employees, agents and/or assigns. <br />ARTICLE 14 <br />PROFESSIONAL FIRM'S COMPENSATION <br />The Professional Finn's compensation for Professional Finn's Services shall be as follows: <br />Service Fees: The maximum fee for Professional Firm's Services shall not exceed One <br />Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($187,900). <br />Reimbursable Expenses: For Reimbursable Expenses approved by the Owner (ref.
