Each community’s contributions and participation efforts can be found in their community Annex under Plan Update Process. 1.5 Stakeholders Participation Members of the MPC were asked to provide a listing of non-MPC members within their communities who would provide valuable feedback to the plan update process. These non-decision-making planning partners were designated as Stakeholders. This was done using the Planners/Stakeholder Worksheets (Figure 1.4). Stakeholder Invitations/Participation Identified Stakeholders received email invitations to the Planning Update Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategy Meetings shown in Figure 1.5. Those who attended were involved in discussions/working sessions that took place at each meeting.
