(fib Physical requirements. Any newsrack requiring a permit under this article shall meet the following requirements: (1) A newsrack shall be manufactured from 20-gauge or thicker zinc coated steel. (8) The design of a newsrack shall not create a danger to the persons using the newsrack. id Any newsrack requiring a permit under this article shall comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act,Texas Accessibility Standards,and other laws and regulations relating to barrier-free design.
