City Council Meeting Minutes February 20, 2018 <br />from Area of Stability to High Intensity :: Proposal to change from Single Family (SF -6) to <br />T5 SmartCode. (A. Villalobos) <br />B) PSA-18-02/ZC-18-02 (801 Chestnut Street) Vance Elliott, on behalf of Corporation of <br />the Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a Utah <br />corporation solo :: +/- 0.447 acres located at 801 Chestnut Street :: Proposal to change <br />from Area of Stability to Medium Intensity :: Proposal to change from Neighborhood <br />Commercial (NC) to General Commercial (GC). (A. Brake) <br />Shannon Mattingly, Director of Planning and Development Services, provided <br />the Council with an update regarding the 2018 Spring Preferred Scenario Map <br />Amendments. The Peques Street model will be updated on all future travel <br />demand models and will be updated before the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and Council see anything. <br />Council inquired about the Travel Impact Analysis and what will trigger one in <br />the new Code. What percentage of the Sessom Watershed is still there and <br />functioning as natural land? Council Member Gregson recused himself during <br />the discussion of PSA-18-02/ZC-18-02. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />A motion was made by Council Member Mihalkanin, seconded by Deputy <br />Mayor Pro Tem Gregson, to approve the consent agenda items with the <br />exception of items #2, 3, and 5 which were pulled and considered separately. <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 6 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewift Council Member Gonzales, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem <br />Gregson, Council Member Derrick, Council Member Hughson and Council Member <br />Mihalkanin <br />Against: 0 <br />Absent: 1- Mayor Thomaides <br />2. Consider approval, by motion, of the following meeting Minutes: <br />A) January 30, 2018 - Work Session Minutes <br />B) January 30, 2018 - Regular Meeting Minutes <br />C) February 6, 2018 - Work Session Minutes <br />D) February 6, 2018 - Regular Meeting Minutes <br />A motion was made by Council Member Hughson, seconded by Deputy Mayor <br />Pro Tem Gregson, to postpone the January 30, 2018 Work Session minutes, <br />January 30, 2018 Regular Meeting Minutes, February 6, 2018 Work Session <br />minutes, and February 6, 2018 Regular Meeting minutes to the next regular <br />City Council meeting.
