C.F.R. § 39.6(b)(2). The Non -Reporting Party shall provide the Reporting Party with a <br />copy of such annual report promptly upon request. <br />As of the date of this Agreement, AEP Energy Partners, Inc. is not a Swap Dealer or a <br />Major Swap Participant .". <br />25.
