RESOLUTION 2018-44R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE AWARD OF AN ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES CONTRACT TO DOUCET AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR <br /> THE OLD BASTROP ROAD - RATTLER ROAD TO CENTERPOINT <br /> ROAD 16" WATER LINE PROJECT,IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF <br /> $93,539.00 CONTINGENT UPON THE CONTRACTOR'S TIMELY <br /> SUBMISSION OF SUFFICIENT BONDS AND INSURANCE; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br /> EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE <br /> RENEWAL OF THIS AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS,TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The award of an engineering services contract to Doucet And Associates, <br /> Inc. for the Old Bastrop Road - Rattler Road To Centerpoint Road 16" Water Line Project, in the <br /> estimated amount of$93,539.00 contingent upon the contractor's timely submission of sufficient <br /> bonds and insurance is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents related to the renewal of this Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
