The initial step in this process is the formulation of <br /> "Land Use Assumptions" for the City upon which the impact fee <br /> program will be based. <br /> This report contains the methodology, maps, existing data and <br /> projections used as the basis for the City of San Marcos Impact <br /> Fees. <br />
