s <br /> a <br /> SUBDIVISION <br /> 2. The minor subdivision plat conforms to the approved ARTICLE 3: REVISIONS TO RECORDED PLATS <br /> watershed protection plan(phase 2); <br /> 3. Except as <br /> otherwise provided in this Chapter 3. <br /> Section 3.3.1.3 Approval Process <br /> Except as expressly stated otherwise in this Article 3,any change <br /> to a recorded plat or a recorded covenant or restriction applicable <br /> to such plat shall be subject to approval by the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission under requirements and procedures for approval of a <br /> final subdivision plat application under Section 3.2.3.1. <br /> Section 3.3.1.4 Construction Management <br /> If a replat requires construction of additional improvements,the <br /> provisions of Section 3.4.1.1 shall apply. <br /> Section 3.3.1.5 Recording <br /> The replat shall be filed with the Responsible Official for recording. <br /> DIVISION 2: REPLATS WITHOUT VACATION <br /> Section 3.3.2.1 Applicability <br /> A replat of all or a portion of a recorded plat may be approved with- <br /> out vacation of the recorded plat if: <br /> A.
