In the event the Property is fully built out (i.e., the maximum 2,800 units under Section 1.0413 is <br />achieved across the entire propmrty), the meminnurn total required parkland dedication shall be <br />35.64aonem. The development of the Property will meet or exceed all applicable parkland <br />dedication requirements of the City. Except as may otherwise be permitted by the C|ty, <br />dedication of all or any portion of the required parkland shall occur in conjunction with the final <br />plat onall orany portion ofthe Property. <br />B.
