The number of residential units for each residential land use <br /> category. <br /> f. The number of units per acre for each residential land use <br /> category. <br /> g. The acreage of each land use. <br /> (5) Environmental impact statement. A description of how the proposed <br /> land use plan relates to: <br /> a. The environmental constraints in the utility district; and <br /> b. The City's comprehensive plan environment and resource <br /> protection plan element, including the vision, goals and <br /> r objective --.. - - .:' -- -• ••• .• - •: <br /> land use section goals, objectives and policies. <br /> (6) Transportation impact statement which includes: <br /> a. A description of the number of average daily trips (ADT) <br /> that will be generated and/or attracted to the utility district <br /> and a delineation on a map of that ADT in the existing <br /> roadway system within one mile of the utility district. <br /> b. A statement and justification, including calculations, as to <br /> whether the existing roadway system within the city and its <br /> extraterritorial jurisdiction has the capacity to carry the <br /> utility district's ADT or not. <br /> c. A description of the utility district's transportation plan and <br /> its ADT transportation impact as they relate to the City's <br /> comprehensive plan transportation plan element including <br /> the vision, goals and objectives, and the transportation <br /> master plan's transportation goals, objectives and policic . <br /> (7) Proposed utility service maps showing all water and wastewater <br /> • <br /> facilities and lines of six inches or larger. <br />
