A statement and justification, including calculations, as to <br /> whether the existing roadway system within the city and its <br /> extraterritorial jurisdiction has the capacity to carry the <br /> utility district's ADT or not. <br /> c. A description of the utility district's transportation plan and <br /> its ADT transportation impact as they relate to the City's <br /> comprehensive plan transportation plan element including <br /> the vision, goals and objectives, and the transportation <br /> master plan's transportation goals, objectives and policic . <br /> (7) Proposed utility service maps showing all water and wastewater <br /> • <br /> facilities and lines of six inches or larger. <br />
