SECTION 10. Chapter 34, Article 3, Nuisances, of the San Marcos City Code is hereby <br /> amended to add a new Division 5 as set forth below. <br /> DIVISION 5. VIBRATION <br /> Sec.34.108. Definitions. <br /> Unless a provision explicitly states otherwise, the following terms and <br /> phrases, as used in this article, shall have the meanings hereinafter designated. <br /> Where terms are not defined,they shall have their ordinary accepted meanings. <br /> Advertise means the act of drawing the public's attention to a rental unit in <br /> order to promote the availability of the rental unit. <br /> Code official means city marshal or designated official who is charged with <br /> the enforcement of this Code. <br /> Complex.
